The LED lamp is equipped with 2 LED's and is supplied per set of 2 pieces. This LED lamp has a light output that you can compare with a 50w halogen lamp. The HB3 – 9005 LED lamp white can be used on both 12 and 24 volts. This means that you can use HB3 LED lamp for example in your car, motorcycle, truck, camper or other type of vehicle. To ensure that the white LED lamp fits, the original fitted lamp must be the same as that shown in picture 3. If this does not match, the LED lamp will not fit.

All this to make it clear to you why this might be the HB3 – 9005 LED lamp you are looking for. The LED lamp has, among other things, the ECE R10 quality mark. This quality mark means that the lamp will not cause any interference during activation, for example on your radio signal. The LED lamp can also be used up to 32 volts. This means that the LED lamp is protected against peak voltage that can occur when starting your vehicle.

Light output:

The HB3 LED lamp is equipped with 2 hi-power LED's. These two LEDs provide a light output of 1800 lumens per lamp. A mounted set provides no less than 3600 lumens. This is enough to light the way for you well. An HB3 lamp can often be found in the fog light or high beam part of your car, motorcycle, truck or other type of vehicle.

Please note, these LED lamps are CAN-Bus proof in most cases. This means that the lamp will not give a message on your dashboard. This mainly applies to somewhat older models of cars and trucks. Newer vehicles can in some cases receive a message on the dashboard. Additional lighting such as spotlights or skylights are excluded from this system.

Why does this LED lamp not have an E-mark:

Replacement headlamps must comply with European standards regarding safety, watertightness and the prevention of short circuits (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the incandescent and halogen lamps of the past. LED replacement headlamps cannot meet those standards because there is no filament in them. That is why they do not receive the E-mark R37 and they are therefore officially not allowed to be used on public roads. Drivers can be fined by the police during a check, despite the fact that the light image of the lamp does come through the MOT. You should be allowed to use the HB3 LED lamps on, for example, your own terrain or in racing.
