Returns & complaints
You may return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt. You do not have to give a reason for this, but we would like to hear it.
You can register the return shipment via email@example.com. In order to process your return properly, we ask you to add the following information in the email.
- Order number
- Optional explanation
Important: You are responsible for your return to arrive, so we advise to send the package with tracking.
The costs for returning are always for the buyer. The purchase amount is credited and refunded to the relevant account. You can read this on the website of the Consumers' Association “law on distance selling”. The legal term for crediting the purchase amount is 30 days after receipt of the goods, but we always go for a maximum of 14 days and an average of only 5 days.
Do you have a complaint?
We are sorry to hear that you as a customer have a complaint. We will therefore do everything we can to resolve your complaint. If you contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the complaint there, it will be processed as soon as possible.
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product?
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact email@example.com. Once we have received the e-mail, we will ensure that you can return the damaged or incorrectly delivered product to us free of charge.
