Business orders
Besides retail orders, you can also easily place business orders with us. Many companies, mechanics, and fleet operators already use this service. As a business customer, you not only benefit from competitive prices and clear communication but also from the option to order on invoice. This allows you to work efficiently while keeping your administration organized.
To keep everything as clear as possible, we’ve explained exactly below how business ordering works, what conditions apply, and what you can expect. This way, you’ll know exactly where you stand and can order your products without any hassle.
VAT-free ordering in the webshop
Is your company based in an EU country other than the Netherlands? Then you can place a VAT-free order. Here’s how it works:
- One-time order: During checkout, you can enter your VAT number in the billing details. Our system automatically verifies the number and applies the VAT correctly (VAT will be removed with a valid VAT number).
- Business account: If you have an account with us, you can enter your VAT number there, which will be verified immediately. The system remembers the VAT number and automatically applies it to future orders. Note: a valid VAT number always starts with the country code.
Register as a business customer
Would you like to have your orders delivered on invoice as a business customer? This is possible. For the first three orders, we require payment in advance; after that, we maintain a payment term of 21 days.
To register as a business customer, please fill out the registration form. After receiving your form, we will contact you as soon as possible to verify your information and activate your business account.

Terms and conditions
The following conditions apply to qualify for a business account.
- Chamber of Commerce registration: Only companies registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year are eligible.
- Free delivery: Business orders with a value over €250 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery.
- Delivery: We aim to deliver your order in a single shipment whenever possible. Delivery takes place once all ordered products are ready for shipping.
– If you want to receive partial deliveries of already available products, please contact us in advance. - Shipping and packaging: By default, we ship orders including packing slip, any promotional materials, and All Day Led branded tape.
– If you want your order shipped without branding (for example, directly to your customer), please indicate this in the comments during ordering. - Promotions and discounts: When your order falls within an ongoing promotion, the most favorable discount will be automatically applied.
- Return policy: Business orders do not have the same return rights as retail orders.
– If you want to return something, please contact us. We will review each situation to determine if a return is possible. - Payment discount: We do not offer payment discounts for early payment.
- No retroactive discount: No rights can be derived from the above guidelines. Discounts cannot be processed retroactively for orders already placed.
