Shipping & Returns
We at All Day Led try to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. For this we use the services of Post NL and DPD. If you place an order on working days before 3 p.m., it will be shipped the same day (unless stated otherwise). To provide some insight into the expected delivery time, please here view an overview of Post NL and here the overview of DPD. If you have further questions about the expected delivery time, you can always contact us via the Contact Form.
We use the following three options for shipping:
- Envelope (Netherlands and Belgium)
- Letterbox package (only in the Netherlands)
- Package (with track & tracé)
- If your order has a value* lower than €20,- and it fits through the letterbox, it will be sent with an envelope.
- If your order has a value* between €20,- and €50,- and it fits through the letterbox, your order will be sent with a letterbox package.
- If your order has a value* higher than €20,- and the delivery address is outside the Netherlands, it will be sent as a package with track & trace.
- If your order has a value* higher than €20,- it will be sent with track & trace at all times.
- If your order has a value* higher than €150,- no shipping costs will be charged (applies to the Netherlands and Belgium).
- If your order has a value* higher than €500,-, no shipping costs will be charged (applies to Germany and Austria).
- Other destinations do not have free shipping.
When completing your order, you will be shown how we will ship your order to you.

While we do everything we can to make every customer a happy customer, you may not be happy with your purchase.

Behoudens de uitzonderingen zoals vermeld onderaan deze informatieve tekst, heeft u het recht om binnen een termijn van 30 kalenderdagen, zonder opgave van redenen, de overeenkomst te herroepen. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us All Day Led BV, Beukenlaan 67 5541VK Reusel, firstname.lastname@example.org, +31(0)6-48818106 via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) making your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can also use the European model withdrawal form for this, but use of this form is not mandatory. This form can be downloaded via the link below this text.
It is therefore important to inform us within the cooling-off period that you are invoking the right of withdrawal.
Returning the products after cancellation
After revocation, you must return or hand over the products to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified the revocation. You have fulfilled this obligation if you return the affected products before this 14-day period has expired.
The direct costs for returning the products are for your own account.
We do offer a reduced rate for returns in some countries. Please contact us and we will send you a link with which you can print a label yourself.
Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point (for the part to which the revocation relates), including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice for a other type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will then refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for making the refund.
We may postpone the refund until we have received the affected products or until you have proven that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

- You will then receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return.
- Print the confirmation of receipt of your return and send it along with the package.

Important: the costs for returning are for your own account. You are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives at us, so we advise you to send it by registered mail or with track and trace.
Depreciation and damage
You are liable for the loss of value of the products resulting from use other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. If this is the case, we are entitled to set off this loss of value against the amounts that we would have to repay to you. It is therefore important that you handle the product carefully and carefully during the cooling-off period. We also kindly request that you always return the products in the original packaging, insofar as this is reasonably possible.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of items that spoil quickly or that have a limited shelf life;
- The delivery of items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery (for example: canned food, cosmetics);
- Customized products or products that are clearly intended for a specific person (for example: a printed article)
- Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery (for example: a sealed DVD with a certain film on it);
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (for example: one-off edition of a magazine or newspaper).
