Shipping & Returns
We at All Day Led try to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. For this we use the services of Post NL and DPD.
If you place an order on working days before 4:30 PM, we will ship it the same day (unless otherwise indicated).
We use the following three options for shipping:
- Enveloppe (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany)
- Letterbox package (only in the Netherlands)
- Package (with track & tracé)
- If your order has a value* lower than €20,- and it fits through the letterbox, it will be sent with an envelope.
- If your order has a value* between €20,- and €50,- and it fits through the letterbox, your order will be sent with a letterbox package.
- If your order has a value* higher than €20,- and the delivery address is outside the Netherlands, it will be sent as a package with track & trace.
- If your order has a value* higher than €20,- it will be sent with track & trace at all times.
- If your order has a value* higher than €150,- then no shipping costs will be charged (This applies only to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany).
- Other destinations are shipped for free with a value* of more than €500,-
When completing your order, you will be shown how we will ship your order to you.

Do you want to return? You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase and return the items. It is not possible to return the order if you have already put the item into use. We must receive the item back in its original condition and packaging. We can charge costs for any damage such as visible signs of use or an unstamped shipment. If it falls outside the return period of 14 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and wait until you get an answer by email.
PLEASE NOTE! The return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must not be dirty or used.
- The item must not be damaged.
- The article must not be incomplete.
- Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.
Within our range, a number of products are excluded from return, this concerns the following products:
- Custom items
- Products that are not standard part of our range and that are specially ordered.
For returning your order, the return costs are for your own account. The risk of transport in case of a return is also for your own account. When returning, you must add the packing slip or invoice in the package. This is to ensure a quick and correct handling of the return. When the order has been returned to us, you will normally receive the total amount of your returned order back on your account within 14 days. Do you want more information about the rules
