This red colored LED light has 6 bright SMD LED points and is supplied per set of 2 pieces. Moreover, the light output is comparable to a 10W halogen lamp, so you’re assured of good visibility in your interior. Note: this tube lamp is only suitable for 24V. This means you can install it in your truck, trailer or camper, for example. In image 5 you can see how the original lamp is mounted. Doesn’t this match? Note, these LED bulbs are not CAN-Bus proof. This means that this bulb can trigger a defective bulb warning on your dashboard. This mainly applies to newer car models, trucks are often excluded from this. Also, additional lights such as spotlights or skylights are excluded from the CAN-Bus system.

Why the LED tube lamp doesn’t have E-mark:

Replacement bulbs must comply with European standards for safety, waterproofing, and short-circuit prevention (ECE R37). These standards are based on old incandescent and halogen bulbs. LED replacement bulbs cannot meet these standards because they do not have a filament. Therefore, this LED bulb does not receive the ECE R37 certification and is officially not allowed to be used on public roads. You can safely use this BA15S LED bulb on your own property or, for example, in racing. This way, you get the most out of the bulb without causing legal issues.
