Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please fill out the form below to notify us of your withdrawal. Once you submit the form, you will immediately receive an email confirmation that we have received your withdrawal notice.

Please note: This confirmation does not mean that your return has been definitively approved. We will first verify whether your order meets the conditions of the right of withdrawal. You can find more information about our shipping and returns policy here.

As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After you notify us, you have 14 days to return the products. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business orders or to excluded products, such as custom-made or personalized items. In the event of damage, an incomplete order, or use that goes beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product, a deduction for loss of value may be applied to the refund.
