Why this BA15S LED light doesn’t have an E-Mark:

Replacement lamps must meet European standards regarding safety, water resistance and the prevention of short circuits (ECE-R37). These standards are based on the incandescent and halogen lamps of the past. LED replacement lamps cannot meet these standards. The reason is because there is no filament in it. As a result, this LED light does not receive the ECE R37 mark and may therefore officially not be used on public roads.
