DRL unit MAN 2020+ warm white

DRL unit WARM WHITE, suitable for a MAN TG3.

Do you want to replace your original white LED daytime running lights of your MAN TG3 with a warm white color? Then this DRL set might be the set you are looking for. This set consists of two LED plates with which you can change both the left and right module. You can easily replace the originally mounted lighting with the warm white variant. Because you want to know before purchasing that the set is suitable for your truck, we have listed a number of important points here. It is important that the originally mounted units are exactly the same as those shown in image two. If the originally mounted unit does not match, this replacement lamp will not fit. Furthermore, the MAN TG3 daytime running light warm white is only suitable for models from 2020+. Please note, the DRL unit does not have an E-mark, this means that you must reassemble the original for the MOT.

Installation:

Follow the steps below to install the MAN TG3 daytime running lights. The installation of the DRL unit warm white will take about half an hour per headlight. Figure 3 shows an example of how the set will eventually light up after installation.

1. Remove the connector from the existing lighting.
2. Remove the screws securing the original diode holders.
3. Remove the diode holders from the cooling plates.
4. Remove the thermal paste and clean the surface well.
5. Bring the supplied thermal paste in a thin even layer to the cooling plates where the lamp will be mounted.
6. Push the diode holder into the thermal paste and secure it carefully with the original screw.
7. Insert the connector into the new diode holder.
8. The lighting of your MAN TG3 is ready for use.
