The set consists of four LED plates with which you can change both the left and right side. You can easily replace the original mounted lighting for the orange version. At the bottom of the page you will find the steps you need to follow. The DRL set is only made for a Volvo FM, FH4 and FH16 truck whose construction year is between 2012 and 06-2015. To install the orange daytime running lights in your Volvo truck, you must follow the following steps. The installation of the LED lighting will take about half an hour per headlight. Figure 3 shows an example of how the set will eventually light up after installation.

1. Remove the connector from the existing lighting.
2. Remove the screws securing the original diode holders.
3. Remove the diode holders from the cooling plates.
4. Remove the thermal paste and clean the surface well.
5. Bring the supplied thermal paste in a thin even layer to the cooling plates where the lamp will be mounted.
6. Push the diode holder into the thermal paste and secure it carefully with the original screw.
7. Insert the connector into the new diode holder.
8. The lighting of your Volvo FH4 is ready for use.
