Shipping & Returns
At All Day Led, we do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you place an order on a business day before 2:30 PM, and the item is in stock, we will send your package the same day. This ensures that the carrier can deliver your package as soon as possible, so you don’t have to wait unnecessarily for your new lighting or accessories.
For shipping, we work with PostNL, DPD, and DHL. Since every order varies in size and weight, we automatically select the most suitable carrier. This keeps the shipping process as efficient as possible and helps minimize delivery times. As a result, only one shipping option is shown at checkout, and it is not possible to choose a specific carrier yourself.
Would you prefer to pick up your package at a collection point? In some cases, the chosen carrier still offers this option. Once your package has been scanned and is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. Through this link, you can select a pickup location or adjust delivery preferences if available. This way, you still have flexibility while ensuring the shipment goes as smoothly as possible.
Shipping options
We ship your order in one or multiple packages, depending on the products. Your order may include a combination of different shipping methods. Our standard shipping options are:
- Letterbox package (Netherlands only)
- Parcel with track & tracé
- XL/XXL package (larger and heavier shipments)
Shipping Methods & Terms
- Is the order value* lower than €25,- and does your order fit through the letterbox? Then we will send it as a letterbox package.
- Is the order value* €25,- or higher? Then we will always send your order as a package with track & trace.
- Is the order value* €150,- or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs when shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. (Except XL/XXL packages)
- Is the order value* €500,- or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs when shipping to France, Luxembourg or Austria. (Except XL/XXL packages)
- For all other destinations, free shipping is not possible.
* The order value excludes shipping costs and after application of any discounts.
When you complete your order, you’ll see which shipping option is available for your package. In some cases, for example, if the dimensions are unusual or your package is subject to local regulations, no shipping option may appear. If you receive this message, please feel free to contact us via our contact form so we can find a suitable solution together.

Shipping costs
Before placing an order, you naturally want to know what to expect. Below, you’ll find an overview of the shipping costs per country and package size, so you won’t face any surprises at checkout. Please note: all listed shipping costs are excluding VAT. The final shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on your country, package size, and order value.

Returns
We do everything we can to satisfy every customer. However, it’s possible you might not be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your order within 30 days of your order date using the form below.
Good to know:
- Products must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Business orders are not eligible for returns or right of withdrawal.
- The shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense.

Returns for business customers
Returns for business customers are excluded. Since business purchases fall under different rules than consumer purchases, we don’t offer return or exchange options for B2B orders. This means that ordered products cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery. We therefore advise business customers to carefully check their orders before final placement.
Depreciation and damage
You are responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to how you would examine it in a store. If an item is returned damaged or incomplete, or is no longer in its original condition, we are entitled to withhold part of the purchase amount or even refuse the return. We therefore ask you to handle the product carefully during the consideration period and return it in the original packaging when reasonably possible.

Right of withdrawal
Consideration period
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days after receipt. You don’t need to provide a reason.
Note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to business orders. See exceptions at the bottom of this page.
When does the consideration period start?
The 30-day consideration period starts on the day that you (or someone on your behalf, not the carrier) physically receives the product.
If you received multiple products from one order on different days, the period starts from the day you received the last product.
How to use the right of withdrawal?
You can inform us within the consideration period that you want to withdraw from the purchase. This can be done through a clear statement by:

- Sometimes we offer a return label at a reduced rate. Please contact us about this.
Tip: include your return confirmation and package the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
Refund
After withdrawal, you’ll receive your purchase amount back within 14 days, including any shipping costs (excluding extra chosen delivery options).
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
Note: we may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have shown proof that you have shipped the package.
Depreciation
You may unpack and examine the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to test the product, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
Advice:
- Handle the product carefully.
- If possible, return it in the original packaging.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot use the right of withdrawal for:
- Business orders
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken (for example, certain lighting with skin contact)
- Audio, video, or software products where the seal has been broken
- Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (unless you have subscribed)
- Products that spoil quickly or have limited shelf life
