Shipping & Returns
At All Day Led we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, so that the carrier can deliver the package to you quickly. If you place an order on a working day before 2:30 PM, we will ship it the same day (unless otherwise stated with the product). For shipping, we use the services of PostNL, DPD and DHL. The carrier is selected by us, depending on the size and weight of the package. That is why there is only one shipping option available during checkout. It is therefore not possible to select a carrier yourself or to select delivery to a collection point. Does the selected carrier still offer delivery to a collection point? Then you can set this yourself via the track & trace link that you receive by e-mail.

We use the following shipping methods:
- Letterbox package (only within the Netherlands)
- Package with track & trace
- XL/XXL package (larger and heavier shipments)
Shipping option and conditions
- Is the order value* lower than €25,- and does your order fit through the letterbox? Then we will send it as a letterbox package.
- Is the order value* €25,- or higher? Then we will always send your order as a package with track & trace.
- Is the order value* €150,- or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs when shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. (Except XL/XXL packages)
- Is the order value* €500,- or higher? Then you pay no shipping costs when shipping to France, Luxembourg or Austria. (Except XL/XXL packages)
- For all other destinations, free shipping is not possible.
* The order value excludes shipping costs and after application of any discounts.
When completing your order, you will see how your package will be shipped. In some cases, for example with different dimensions or local legislation, it may happen that there is no shipping option available. Do you receive this message? Returns
We do everything we can to satisfy every customer. However, it's possible you might not be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your order within 30 days of your order date using the form below.
Good to know:
- Products must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging.
- Business orders are not eligible for returns or right of withdrawal.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.

Depreciation and damage
You are responsible for any diminished value of the product that occurs as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess it, as you would do in a store. If an item is returned damaged or incomplete, or is no longer in its original condition, we are entitled to withhold part of the purchase price, or even refuse the return. We therefore ask you to treat the product with care during the cooling-off period and to return it in the original packaging as far as reasonably possible.

Right of withdrawal
Reflection period
If you made a purchase from us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. You don't need to provide a reason.
Please note: this right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. See the bottom of this page for exceptions.
When does the cooling-off period start?
The 30-day period starts on the day you (or someone on your behalf, not the carrier) physically receive the product.
If you received multiple products in one order on different days, the term starts from the day you received the last product.
How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?
You can inform us within the cooling-off period that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done by sending a clear statement to:

- You are responsible for ensuring safe shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipment or registered mail.

- Print your return confirmation (which you will receive from us by email) and include it in the package.
- Package the products well, preferably in the original packaging.
Refund
After canceling your order, you will receive a refund within 14 days, including any shipping costs (excluding any additional shipping options you choose). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.
Please note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the parcel.
Depreciation
You may unpack and inspect the product, but not use it. If the product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
We ask you to:
- Handle the product with care,
- And, if possible, return it in the original packaging.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Business orders;
- Products that are custom made or personalized;
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken (e.g. certain lighting with skin contact);
- Audio, video or software products where the seal has been broken;
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (unless you have taken out a subscription);
- Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
